Our menu changes four times a year coinciding with the change of season with the characteristic of each product . We offer snack dishes and share as marinated salmon with creamy aniseed herbs or croquettes of ham or roast , entrees with a twist like rice " llauna " of chicken and seconds more elaborate dishes like cod with cockscomb , artichoke , guts and pine nuts or sirloin beef, mashed potatoes and gravy perigeux .
Finally , for gourmands have our star dessert : chocolate ingot and tonka bean with gold dust , among other lighter options like carrot cake , yogurt , mango and curry.
In addition, each week, our chef prepares different suggestions out of the menu.
