Spring is just around the corner and the best way of tasting this season’s new products is by combining them in a dinner where vegetables, flowers and sprouts take centre stage. Colour and freshness come back into the kitchen leaving behind the more elaborate and hearty dishes of winter. This tasting dinner will be paired with Siurana d’Empordà wines, Vins Taller, a winery located in the midst of "Alt Empordà". It is surrounded by olive groves and wheat fields, and perfectly embodies the essence of the Mediterranean at its purest. They work with micro-production which allows them to carefully prepare each varietal to fit its characteristics and needs. This gives the best expression of its genetics and the terroir of Empordà. The varietals grown are Viognier, Vinyater and Merlot, Syrah and Moscatel de Alejandría.
